Fee Schedule

Psychotherapy, Parent Consultation and other personal consultations Includes one 50 minute individual session, in person or via telephone (client is responsible for any telephone long distance charges)	$100.00
EEG Neurotherapy Services (in office only) Initial Consultation/Evaluation, including Intake Interview and Brain Mapping Procedure (1-1/2 to 2 hours)	$300.00
Regular LENS Treatment Sessions (30 minutes each)	$100.00 per session
Pre-paid Regular Treatment Session Package (10 sessions)	$900.00 ($100.00 discount)
Periodic Re-mapping Procedure	$200.00 per Map
Integrated LENS/Psychotherapy Session (50 minutes)	$125.00 per session
Courses, Seminars, Workshops Pricing is based on the length of program and number of participants.

Payment Procedures

BrightPathway Consultants operates on a "fee for service" basis. This means that payment of fees for services rendered is expected in full at the time of visit for all initial consultations and subsequent visits, unless other payment arrangements have been made in advance. We depend upon your conscientious adherence to this policy. Psychotherapy and EEG Neurotherapy are time- and labor-intensive healing modalities. You will notice that we spend the time to listen very carefully to your concerns, to explore your background as fully as possible, and to respond thoroughly to your questions and concerns about this type of treatment. We take an interest in you as a whole person, not just as a patient with a symptom. The time we spend in personal contact with our clients far exceeds the usual and customary amount of time spent by professionals in other types of healing practices. We have done our best to make our fees as reasonable as possible, especially when compared to fees charged for similar procedures conducted at other professional offices.

Payments may be made by personal or business check, money order, cash, or online via PayPal. We are not equipped to accept credit card payments in the office at this time. If there are circumstances involving financial hardship, please discuss your situation with us, as we can make adjustments to our fees and/or arrange a deferred payment plan that may better suit your budgetary requirements.

Lateness/Cancellations

Visits for psychotherapy or neurotherapy are by appointment only. This means that your appointment time has been set aside exclusively for you. It also means that cancellations without 24-hour notice and excessive lateness make it difficult for us to be on time with other clients. Missed appointments will be billed at $50.00 per occurrence. If you are excessively late and cannot be seen the day of your appointment, you will be billed for a missed appointment. This policy is not meant to be punitive but to discourage lateness or chronic cancellations without notice. Please note that this policy applies to patients who are habitually late, not to patients who are rarely late for reasons beyond their control.
